I truly hope that this trendy and upscale restaurant can thrive despite the typical lack of interest from the aging population in small towns. While the vegan options seemed a bit complicated to order, I was in a rush so I opted for a banana smoothie to go and added a scoop of vegan protein. Vegan protein shakes in Ise? I was ecstatic! I later learned that the smoothie is made with very ripe bananas to reduce waste, a concept I wish was more clearly explained on the menu for fellow vegans who care about sustainability. The staff member who served me was friendly, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere with plants, character, and merchandise.

Along with comforting hot drinks and meals that can be veganized, the environment is very warm and friendly. The best part? I enjoyed 2 delicious plant-based dishes, plus smoothie and latte at under 2,000 yen! This is more than bargain: it's a must-visit
