I really hope this restaurant can thrive despite the lack of attention from the aging population in most small towns. The vegan options were a pleasant surprise, although I was in a rush and only grabbed a banana bottle to go, adding some vegan protein to it. Vegan protein shakes? In a tiny town like this? I was thrilled! I assume the seven-day banana thing means they use very ripe bananas to reduce waste. I wish they would provide more information about this on the menu, as vegans are usually very conscious about such things. The staff member who served me was friendly, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with plants and unique decor.

They offer a delightful selection of organic fruit smoothies, as well as a variety of hot drinks and meals that can be made vegan. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the best part is that I was able to enjoy two delicious plant-based dishes, a smoothie, and a good laugh all for under 2,000 yen! This place is not just a bargain, it's a must-visit.

I truly hope that this trendy and upscale restaurant can thrive despite the typical lack of interest from the aging population in small towns. While the vegan options seemed a bit complicated to order, I was in a rush so I opted for a banana smoothie to go and added a scoop of vegan protein. Vegan protein shakes in Ise? I was ecstatic! I later learned that the smoothie is made with very ripe bananas to reduce waste, a concept I wish was more clearly explained on the menu for fellow vegans who care about sustainability.
