Wh... read more Ordered an ice cream cake, arrived to withdraw it, and we did not even understand what the problem was between the hypotheses that mentioned us and rifilato. What I know is that what was ordered was not there. The absurd hypotheses: It was given to people with the same surname, it was sold by mistake without knowing that it was booked, or the students passed and stole it. They made fun of us. The cashier, despite the error, was a total indifference and even she was upset that we asked for explanations. Never happened like this before elsewhere. We don't know, and we don't.

I met the staff and tried the products of the store, deciding together with my girlfriend to taste the ice cream they proposed. At the ice cream store we met a rather educated guy who not only helped us in the choice of ice creams proneing new and delicious tastes, but also proposed to accompany us to the tables. I tried a lot of pastries this week of holiday in Ischia but the Trani pastry shop really caught the sign! I hope to come back soon, to try the appetizing ice cream cakes I saw in the showcase!

Not only for the excellent croissants to the many tastes, but also for ice creams, cakes and pastries... in addition to the vast range of delicacies I have always found a great service both from the staff now there for years and from the owners!
