I used to be a r... read more I'm honestly very disappointed with my recent visit. The service was slow and awkward, the food was burnt, and the bar area was overly crowded. I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore. I'm not sure what happened. The photos show my daughter's burger, which was open, and a side shot of mine. My 4-year-old even said, "Yucky, Daddy!"

First time eating here. Very pleasant atmosphere. Not to loud. Service was quick and very good. Food was very delicious and hot. Will definitely be going back. read more First time eating here. Went there tonight with some friends ,my wife and 4 children. My friend, his son and I ordered burgers all medium rare and they came out as hockey pucks! I ask... read more Went there tonight with some friends ,my wife and 4 children. My friend, his son and I ordered burgers all medium rare and they came out as hockey pucks! I ask very nicely to have them remade and she rudely told us that the way we were going to get them!Then she turned around and walked away. None of us ate them. We normally always go up there and have good food and great servicebut not today Hedi the waitress came back as the other kids were just starting to eat finally brought the coloring papers thatthey normally get in the beginning and distracted them with that and they stopped eat their food for the rest of the time thenwhen she brought the checks out I asked for the burger to be taken off my bill due to it being completely burnt she told me noshe wouldn't do that rudely! She would have a new one made. We were getting to leave I did not want a burger now while we wereleaving I wanted one when I asked when she brought the burn one out. And then she threw a fit and walked away saying she willpay for the burger out of her tips and made a scene. I will never go there again and will never recommend there again very verydisappointed and disrespected!!
