I went in to get some dinner around 6:15p. Two young boys were working the counter. They took a minute to approach the counter after I came in to order. As my sub was being made, the sandwich artist kept ripping the meat whiletrying to peel it apart and used pieces to make my sandwich. (Didn?t get half the meat I should have). After roasting, the nextboy took over adding my veggies. He seemed to be moving in slow motion and piling the veggies on (too many). They didn?t haveItalian dressing, only packets and normally this doesn?t bother me but after this experience it just added to the list. Afterfinishing he wrapped my hoagie, (not correctly). He gave me a half wrapped hoagie that he struggled minutes to put my hoagie ina bag. The boys didn?t say much to me or each other while getting my hoagie. I was the only customer in the store. They didhowever ask me to tip them. Couldn?t believe the audacity!!! I didn?t tipped them. I eat here often and never really had anissue until today. These underage boys need some supervision. They didn?t seem right at all. They seemed under the influence. Iwill not return in the evening hours to this location.

This kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online if there’s still a wait. The staff were very slow. I will be choosing a different Subway location in the future.

Usually, younger employees aren't as friendly or professional, but these two were exceptional—a tall young man with dark... read more The two staff members were outstanding. Usually, younger employees aren't as friendly or professional, but these two were exceptional—a tall young man with dark hair and a shorter girl with blonde hair. They took great care in their work, wrapping our sandwiches neatly and securely, and they were very patient with my young daughter.
