Any of the roast beef sandwiches are good. The chicken tenders not so much very rubbery and had somewhat of a fishy taste. Also the lady working the drive thru window is very dramatic. When reaching for my receipt we somehow managed to shock each other and she just stood there holding her hand giving me the meanest looks. I am extremely frustrated by my experience at this restaurant. I paid nearly $10 for my meal, which I ordered 20 minutes before closing time. I ordered a double beef and cheddar meal, but received a single with no cheese and very dry roast beef. The fries were cold as well. It was a complete waste of my money.
On the busiest day of the year for most fast food restaurants (the day before Thanksgiving), this location provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment I placed my order to receiving it, everything went smoothly without any missing items. The manager, who had pink hair (I apologize for not getting your name), noticed I had a large carry-out order and kindly offered to help me take it to my car. I just want to express my gratitude for making my day significantly easier. Thank you!
Food is always great so when my previous order was missing food items, I received 2 cards for free meals at my next visit. This was my next visit and the girl at the register not only told me no, but threw away my cards as well so I couldn't even use themsomewhere else. I was so embarrassed so I then called to complain again and the guy told me that shouldn't have happened, hewould take care of it, yet didn't want to take down my name or anything that would help in the matter. Very disappointed.

My husband visited Arby's twice this week and had disappointing experiences both times. The French dip sandwiches he ordered did not come with au-jus. Then, when he ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich as a meal, the sandwich was missing from the bag when he got home. His friend also had issues with the order, receiving only three packs of Arby's sauce instead of extra as requested. When brought to their attention, the staff made excuses about being short-staffed or having difficulty finding employees. There is no excuse for poor service - they should properly train their employees. It's a shame because Arby's used to be so delicious.
