Sandwich was good, chicken cooked perfectly, was not aware of the mayo on the sandwich. They are amazing everything was hot, fresh, and just the way I ordered it.

Additionally, when he or... read more My husband visited Arby's twice this week and was disappointed both times. The French dip sandwiches he ordered arrived without au jus. Additionally, when he ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich as part of a meal, the sandwich was missing from the bag when he got home. His friend also had an issue, receiving only three packs of Arby's sauce instead of the extra ones they requested. When they pointed these problems out, the staff blamed being short-staffed and having trouble finding employees. Poor service is unacceptable, and proper employee training is necessary. It’s unfortunate because Arby's used to be so good.

I spent almost $10 on a double beef and cheddar meal, ordered just 20 minutes before closing, but ended up with a single beef sandwich without any cheese and dry roast beef. Additionally, the fries were cold. Overall, it was a total waste of money.
