Staff are some of the kindest people I met. Any interaction (which I hate to admit how often I eat sheet) is pleasant. The people in the food sector and the young lady with the green hair are always very professional and polite.

Slow service.......more then a few times I 've ordered hot dogs as soon as I 've went in there, walked to the back, picked out a drink, went up to the cashier and paid, and when I got to the 'pickup ' area for the hot dogs, they either still weren 't ready or they were sitting around, already made, but no one could be bothered to let me know. (EDIT Jan 2021) It 's been 8 years, and I 've returned a few times since 2012, and had much better experiences. I 'll raise my review to 4 stars (from 2)

Putting up a guests must wear masks sign and giving them the out to say they have a medical condition is a joke. Guess what? 75% of your customers aren 't wearing them and I even saw an employee without one. You are putting people 's lives in danger. I will never patronize this or any other Sheetz location ever again. GetGo cares much more about customer safety.

The service can be quite slow. There have been several occasions when I've ordered hot dogs as soon as I arrived, walked to the back to grab a drink, paid at the register, and then found that my hot dogs were either still not ready or just sitting there, already made, without anyone informing me. (EDIT Jan 2021) It has been 8 years since my initial visit, and I've returned a few times since 2012 with much better experiences. I'm happy to raise my rating to 4 stars (up from 2).
