When I received my drink, it didn't have any French vanilla flavor or cold foam. I went back to the counter, and they said they would correct it, but when I got the new drink, it still had no French vanilla at all. This isn't the first time my order has been messed up. I can understand mistakes happening when it's busy, but there was no one else in line. The service there is really disappointing.

Although they have a line that returns to a very busy highway, they come quickly through customers. Even if it’s traffic on a very busy highway and other riders crazy to make this a positive your fast, your product is the best, and the long line only means to make your one goal.

However, when... read more I wouldn't recommend taking $50 or $100 bills here. I usually come every morning, so you'd think the staff would recognize their regulars who tip. However, when I tried to pay with a $50 bill, the employee simply said, "Sorry, we don’t accept $50." I explained that it was the only cash I had, but she still kept my coffee, sandwich, and donut. I ended up driving off without my sandwich. While the sandwich itself isn’t a big deal, it’s frustrating to have my morning coffee mishandled. I'm done visiting this place in the mornings.
