Valeria, who was at the counter, informed me that the phones don't work or ring properly. This is a business, and it's unacceptable! If there is an issue with the phones, someone should contact the corporate office or the phone company to resolve it!

Also, charging $1.59 for a side of ranch is outrageous! I understand there might be a fee for something that's not included in the order, but honestly, you could buy a whole bottle of ranch for that price! It's completely unreasonable. Despite my appreciation for the wings, I find my loyalty wavering because such simple mistakes are easily avoidable. I really dislike feeling like I've been taken advantage of. I might have to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try instead.
