Wingstop - Irving

One of my favorite go to places for delicious comfort food. I tried a new flavor 'lemon garlic ', it was as good as it sounds. Original Hot, Lemon Pepper, and Cajun seasoned fries and veggies rounded out the order. Covid protocols were in place by customers and employees.

This place used to be good, but went downhill. If you have chosen to immerse yourself, you are ready to wait half an hour or longer. Once you get your wings, they are soggy and warm. They can definitely say that they were done for a while and yet it took over half an hour to let their customers know their wings are done. Right with the Pommes. For the time I waited, I could have gone to various restaurants and eaten in 30 minutes.

This is the best Wingstop I tried in the DFW area. The service was extremely fast, and the checkout was very friendly. My order was correct and I waited less than 10 minutes. The situation is a little small, but still had seating. I recommend this place. Food: 5/5

This store is a embarrassment for the wing stop franchise. Last time, we ordered that they have completely grounded our order and that wings have been wrongly flavored and forgotten things. Tonight, I called an order and they said it was ready in 18 minutes. So my wife went all the way to get the food, and a lady named Verinca told my wife that food is ready, but we couldn't get it because there credit card machine was down there and asked her to wait 6 minutes for it to come back online. My wife didn't say a problem and waited 20 minutes and then they told her that the system didn't work yet. So my wife said you got the sum and the food is ready, I can just pay money she said no. She told my wife that we couldn't get the food even though it was already done and they wanted to throw it away because their credit card machine was down. If you want to stop wings, please choose another place this is a waste of your time. They had literally let us wait for an hour and drive there and told us that we cooked and finished, but because she was down the card machine and obviously she didn't want to, except money, she told us they would just throw away our food. Please stay away. Management needs to adjust more courtesy and healthy human understanding if they do not want to lose business.

I haven't been in a Wingstop for several years and was hesitant to go to this place based on the reviews, but decided to go. Overall, I had a really good experience. The woman who worked there was very patient in the description of all different flavors and in my order. The wings were well cooked and tasty. The tea dispenser had enough tea. The dining corner, tables and floor were very clean. The bathroom was also quite clean. I'd definitely come back here.
