This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER….Some lady manager “SHAE” has no customer service at ALL….She ask me at the window if I had ordered a chicken san... read more This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER….Some lady manager “SHAE” has no customer service at ALL….She ask me at the window if I had ordered a chicken sandwich or a double cheese burger, I SAID THE DOUBLE “NUMBER 2” she still gives me the chicken sandwich…,My husband had four STROKES, I said NO SALT.,,, what does she do..,,,SALT ON MY FRIES, someone please do something about thisThis needs to get paid attention by a higher authorityI WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION, EMPLOYEES SMOKING OUTSIDE AND RUNNING BACK IN TO COOK OR WHAT NOMy wife goes inside the restaurant to let “MANAGER SHAE” about the wrong order, wrong fries, she SNATCHED THE FRIES OUT OF MY WIFES HAND AND THREW THEM AWAY IN FRONT OF HER….,,CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALLOWEDI WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE FOR THIS….

They are nice but there's no reason to take so long!

I’m not a huge fan, but it works when... read more The food at this Whataburger is pretty much the same as any other location—if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. I’m not a huge fan, but it works when you need a quick bite. That said, this particular restaurant was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the bathrooms were well-maintained, which is a nice touch for a fast-food place. Also, I’m not sure if this is standard for all Whataburgers, but the straws were surprisingly sturdy and durable!

The drive-thru service was smooth and friendly. The food arrived hot, and the drinks had just the right amount of ice. Overall, a great spot to grab a meal.
