Didn't have to wait long for our four meals to go. Smiley, genuine quick attention from Z, got us in and out with napkins and plenty of ketchup. He even asked before we walked out the door if everything looked good. Great service, thanks! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
More than 40 minutes in the ride thru at 2AM. At least 10 different cars decide that waiting was not worth and go. Spent at least 15 of these minutes before the speaker without giving my order. Could get worse, who knows how I'm currently sitting in the car waiting for someone to take my order. View all feedback.
Omg... love it. We need one in PA asap. The sharp ketchup? Let's just say I bought it from Amazon. Food: 5/5
Not worth the headaches. Been going here begrudgingly for about a year because they are the closest, and they always screw something up. Tonight, what was supposed to be an avacado bacon burger with no onions was a burger with just meat cheese and sauce AND ONION LMAO. The ticket even said no onions, didn’t say anything about the avacado, bacon, or tomato that comes on it. I paid 10 bucks for a meal and that was the burger? Nah that’s a scam. Not to mention this place half the time I’ve gone has had horrendous wait times. Go down 183 a bit and go to the good whataburger
Busy as all get out. The kid in the drive through literally let my food sit in the window for 5 solid minutes until a more responsive employee asked me what I had gave me my food and of course after I drove back to my hotel 2 miles away btw it was like I pulled it out of the fridge totally ruined my evening. This restaurant has fallen off it used to be amazing. At least this location
This place has truly went down hill.Used to have the best burgers. Night crew is awesome but that morning weekends is a no go. I did it twice just to see and as before.. The patties and fries were cold and the service after 15 minutes waiting with no line was totally insane.Food: 1/5
This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER….Some lady manager “SHAE” has no customer service at ALL….She ask me at the window if I had ordered a chicken sandwich or a double cheese burger, I SAID THE DOUBLE “NUMBER 2” she still gives me the chicken sandwich…,My husband had four STROKES, I said NO SALT.,,, what does she do..,,,SALT ON MY FRIES, someone please do something about thisThis needs to get paid attention by a higher authorityI WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION, EMPLOYEES SMOKING OUTSIDE AND RUNNING BACK IN TO COOK OR WHAT NOMy wife goes inside the restaurant to let “MANAGER SHAE” about the wrong order, wrong fries, she SNATCHED THE FRIES OUT OF MY WIFES HAND AND THREW THEM AWAY IN FRONT OF HER….,,CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALLOWEDI WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE FOR THIS….
