Girl kept asking did I want a number 1. We went back and forward but never took my order. When I pulled up Mauricio was excellent. Listened to my issue and fixed it effectively. The lunch rush in the drive thru was in bad shape.
I was given the wrong order then when I was telling the girl at the window what I ordered she closed the window in mid sentence. I don't know what salad I finally got, however, it certainly wasn't Cobb
The food was okay my biscuit was hard on my breakfast biscuit sandwich but the sausage and egg was good. But that customer service could've been better way better but I've had worse . But the wait was RIDICULOUS my man and I waited in line for almost 30 min yea so I'll NEVER BE BACK. Lol whataburger is on Forbes anyway they don't need our money!!!
Terrible service!! Chad take your self over to McDonald’s with that subpar service
Everyone's order was good except for my oldest son who asked for a plain chicken sandwich and they still added the sauce to it. Other than that I always love the food and desserts.
