My maple bacon chicken croissant sandwich was given to me without bacon and we were in a hurry so we couldn't go back to have it fixed.... it was still tasty but that was disappointing.
Horrible human being named Angel with horrific crazy long hair extensions so terribly rude and meanAll I ordered was a Wendy's triple with cheese.......Pulled up to the window to pay and this horrifying angry woman with florescent purple hair extensions mumbled my total price and I could not understand and I responded I beg your pardon and she raised her voice in a very threatening manner....I paid and she DEMANDED I pull up and wait, there are no cars behind me, she said she's on a timer and I better pull forward and wait for my 1 sandwich3 cars are served and I back up to drive thru window and a line cook ask me to holdHe got the attention of Angel and she rolled her eyes and handed me my burgerUnbelievably disrespectful behaviorThis Wendy's has taken a serious financial hit from this horrible woman's customer service behaviorThat's why McDonald's is always so overwhelmed and slammed and Wendy's is always much slower than McDonald's because of Angel and her terrible manners and lack of human decency and respect
I am very upset with the rude staff we have encountered multiple times at this restaurant. In addition to many items not being available, our large order of fries was extremely disappointing. Wendy's is already expensive, but we felt like we were being taken advantage of. The employees should find another job if they are that miserable and not take it out on customers who just want to enjoy a meal.
