Urban Bricks - Irving

Absolutely disappointing! I ordered the sauce on the side, but it never arrived. The pizza was delivered cold, far too salty, and the crust was bland. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The delivery was cold, and the dough was not properly fermented, resulting in a heavy, thin pizza. I'll be going across the street to Vittos instead. The dessert, the banana Nutella pizza, was just okay.

We ordered a Big Kahuna pizza and El Fredi pasta. The pizza was a thin crust, and the pizza was not your typical greasy pizza. The flavor profile is good and soft. The sauce was light but hearty and the amount of cheese was just right. The pasta on the other hand could've been better. It could've had more herbs and flavor. The pasta almost had no spices. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the texture of the chicken and mushrooms were good.

I think they were actually closing vut when we pulled up they said they were still open.We had the best experience at the Irving location.It was our 1st time there and the Customer Service was Phenomenal.Nit only was the food Awesome but not as expensive as the competitors across the street.The Pizza isn't as big as others but, the taste is better than the others.Its quality over quantity for this location.We will be coming back and telling everyone we know about this Place.I would give them 10 stars if possible.

**The Good:** The staff here are incredibly kind, considerate, and hardworking. I’d rather not go into specifics, but they did something very generous regarding my cheese bread order. I highly recommend trying their vanilla agave drink; I really enjoyed it! The restaurant is very clean and has a spacious feel, though I personally prefer takeout. **The Bad:** I ordered spaghetti and cheese bread. The cheese bread was decent—not bad at all—but the spaghetti, while plentiful, was quite plain (it really needed more sauce) and bland. I had to add some seasoning from home just to make it edible, or I probably wouldn't have finished it. I'd like to go back and give it another shot, but this time I'll try the pizza, which might be better.
