Sonic Drive-in - Irving

Clearly sonic doesn't offer frozen tea anymore. I asked for a drink they had a few years back like around 2018, which is half frozen tea and half frozen lemonade . They had no idea what I'm talking about and just brought me an overpriced frozen lemonade, I guess this is what I'm drinking. Oh well it will do and the young lady working was really nice anyway. Normally this location is out of everything and ignores you for 10 minutes after you hit the button but tonight they did good except that the drink I wanted must not be available anymore.

I have lived my whole life and honestly from this Sonic, these last two years are the worst. I like to come here because they give good service and the food was also good. It seems like they don't care, and they take FOREVER... not just to answer, but also to get your food out. I always see cars disappear from here because they take too long. Maybe they're short, but the time is waiting... WOW! I don't even go here anymore. The last time I left her **** machine didn't work and a month later it was the same. Now I'm going to Belt's Sonic. Don't waste your time here.

If possible no stars , I came around 7:08 and went around 7:35 and no one took my order they had waited for about 30 minutes and when I try to ask the lady something, she didn't let me talk and said I just need hands in rude way She was a short hispanic lady she really needs to train again.horrible customer service12/28/22

I really don't know why this sound is still in business. They always get orders wrong, they never have workers, new managers every other month. I don't know. I went back today because it was on the way. Big mistake, I have the wrong order that's okay, but the food was disgusting.

The staff is HORRIBLE. Most ghetto experiences I've ever had. Irving really goes downhill when restaurants set such a lowlife. Sonic; You need to update this staff completely, no one here VERY OBVIOUSLY takes care of their work 's. Food: 3/5
