The exterior of this restaurant is somewhat unremarkable, but the interior is truly beautiful! They offer an entire page of vegetarian options, many of which are vegan or can easily be made vegan upon request, such as not including ice or changing the noodles. What User dislikes about Pho Empire:
The spring rolls were tasty. However, the broth for the pho tasted like vegetable broth, lacking the traditional herbs and spices typical of pho, such as cardamom and cloves. As a result, it didn’t have an authentic cultural flavor. Nonetheless, it was still enjoyable. Overall, I would give it 3 stars. View all feedback.

The flat noodle stir-fry features some of the best fried tofu I've ever tasted, and the fried rice (ordered without ice) was good, though not outstanding. The passion fruit boba tea is not made with milk, and it was absolutely amazing—this is high praise considering I’m not usually a tea fan!

Each time I go here I really enjoy the vegan ham/vegan meats they include in their pho. They have a wonderful texture and flavor, and their noodles are also amazing. I can’t decide on a favorite dish, but anything with their glass noodles is to die for. I like their flat noodles/rice noodles, as well, but they’re nothing in comparison to the glass noodles.

This is one of my favorite Pho spots in North Texas. The service is remarkably quick and efficient, making it an excellent choice for lunch. This was one of the few places where I didn’t feel the need to add Hoisin sauce or Sriracha because the broth was already so flavorful on its own. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and you receive a generous portion of meat. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The spring rolls were enjoyable. However, the broth for the pho tasted more like vegetable broth rather than being made with the traditional ingredients usually found in pho, such as ginger and cloves. As a result, it didn't have an authentic or cultural flavor. Nonetheless, it was still good overall. Therefore, I give it 3 stars.

I'm grateful for the vegetarian menu options, although the vegan choices aren't clearly labeled. We tried the vegan broth soup with pho noodles, and it was outstanding! We also ordered the Lemongrass tofu dish, which was fantastic. The only downside was when they accidentally brought a bowl of broth with the vegetarian Lemongrass dish. I took a sip and quickly realized it wasn't vegetarian broth. The waitress was very apologetic about it, so just be mindful of that. Overall, the food was delicious, and we definitely plan to return.
