This was one of the... read more This is one of my favorite Pho spots in North Texas. The service is remarkably quick and efficient, making it an excellent choice for lunch. This was one of the few places where I didn’t feel the need to add Hoisin sauce or Sriracha because the broth was already so flavorful on its own. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and you receive a generous portion of meat. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I been here 3rd times and I just can't say it's never been good. This place is FANTASTIC!!! I have ordered pho empire, shrimp rolls and finally I tried empire combination rice! the food is very very good!! plus the staffs very patience and very professional. If you visit here, I recommend, pho empire and empire conbination rice. Overall, I give 5 stars for the quality of the food and staffs also.

However, the broth for the pho tasted more like vegetable broth rather than being made with the traditional ingredients usually found in pho, such as ginger and cloves. As a result, it didn't have an authentic or cultural flavor. Nonetheless, it was still good overall. Therefore, I give it 3 stars.

We tried the vegan broth soup with pho noodles, and it was outstanding! We also ordered the Lemongrass tofu dish, which was fantastic. The only downside was when they accidentally brought a bowl of broth with the vegetarian Lemongrass dish. I took a sip and quickly realized it wasn't vegetarian broth. The waitress was very apologetic about it, so just be mindful of that. Overall, the food was delicious, and we definitely plan to return.
