The line at this place is incredibly long, inside and out. Had I known, I would've opted for another route. This place barely have food when i order, even when it's only an hr before closing time they don't have food. I need corporate to take care of this. There shouldn't be any reason why there's no food for no reason even if you're just opened or about to close. I hate this place but it's the only one in Irving on 183. I will take considerate and invest in another 2nd Panda Express in Irving maybe by Walmart next to Starbucks or something.
My favorite food became something unpleasant, since I was served very poorly, I waited 20 minutes and asked the manager what was happening with the orders and he came out throwing me out. I should control the service since there are people who want to work
If you want to get the order you paid for? Don’t come here. The AI drive through is a pain to deal with on top of that they are always missing or out of something.
This is the worst Panda Express and clearly their corporate office could care less! I have reported them three times and have been assured they are training and talking to staff, but nope! The employees are slow and several are just rude! The company should get rid of everyone and start with new staff. The other locations I have visited have never had issues. Food is never ready, wait in drive thru and inside the restaurant is awful. Don't bother with online order, you will just stand in another line, where the cashiers don't even acknowledge you.Just drive over to the North Irving location, it's a mile further, but at least you will get your food in time.
