Was User at Panda Express a mag?
Ok, I have gotten to like Panda and my son absolutely loves this place and their Honey Walnut Shrimp with Chow Mein. If their food is source as they say, it is a good place to eat and all the food is pretty good tasting. Not going to replace a high end Chinese restuarant but is good View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Panda Express:
This was our first time visiting for lunch. The Kung Pao Chicken was tasty, but we really enjoyed the Orange Chicken because of its sweetness. We also ordered the vegetable spring rolls, but they were quite unappetizing, to the point that even my child wouldn't eat them. View all feedback.

Regarding my previous visit—where do I even start? I stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes while the employees acted as if I were invisible. I approached one of the servers who was just three meters away and asked, “Don’t you see me standing here? What’s going on?” There was also a cook in the kitchen who rudely told me, “Can’t you see we’re closed?” I was taken aback because why would I ask for service if I knew you were closed? If the restaurant is closed, why isn’t the front door locked, and why hasn’t anyone informed me? I felt foolish standing at the counter like that for ten minutes. By 10:30, another customer walked in, and one of the servers immediately began serving them. I chimed in, pointing out that I had been waiting first. The other customer apologized, not wanting to cut in line, but I assured him it was the staff’s fault, not his. The manager, Rodger, then told me that I could leave before the police arrived. He went on to misinform the officers, claiming I had entered the restaurant screaming and that he didn't want to serve me. I asked the officers to step outside so I could share my side of the story. They suggested that I reach out to Panda’s corporate office to file a complaint about the incident and noted that Rodger didn’t want me in the store. It seemed to me that Rodger was either confused or had some underlying issues regarding race. He is unfit to manage a Panda Express; he completely misrepresented the truth to the officers, and his managerial training appears to be severely lacking. Rodger failed to treat me as a customer or even as a human being. This whole situation could have easily been avoided if someone had simply said, “Sir, we’re not open yet; we’ll be ready in five minutes!” Whatever happened to the warm welcome I used to receive at other Panda locations?
NO RESPECT! Where do I start? Walked into this location, stood at the counter for approximately 10 mins, employees acted as if I was invisible! I asked one of the servers standing three feet in front of me, don 't you see me standing here, what 's wrong with you? Crickets! A cook in the cooking area, blurted out, can 't you see that we are closed? I told him no, why would I be asking for service, if I knew you were closed? if you are closed, why then is the front door not locked, and why didn 't anybody, inform me of that fact? instead of making me look like a fool, standing in-front of the counter like a dummy for ten minutes. It was now 10:30 am and another customer walked in, and one of the servers started to serve that customer, I asked that server, what was she doing? I was standing here first, at that time, the customer apologized to me, saying that, he didn 't mean to cut in front me, I told him, he was not the problem, that they were. Rodger the Manager then told me that I could leave , at which time the Irving Police arrived, Rodger proceeded to tell the officers partial mistruths that, I came in the store yelling and screaming at the employees, and that he didn 't want to serve me, and wanted me to leave! I asked the officers could they come outside, and proceeded to tell them my version of the incident. The office then told me that, I could contact Panda Corporate with a complaint about the incident, and that Rodger didn 't want me in the store! Rodger is either confused, or has some underlying problems with Blacks! Either way he has no business being a manager of Panda Express, he basically twisted the truth to those officers, and his manager educate is sadly lacking! Roger completely disrespected me as a customer as well as a Human Being. He has no Business being a manager for Panda Express! This whole thing could have been averted if someone had enough common sense to say, Sir we are not open yet, we will be opening in five minutes! What happened to greeting the customer when they arrived through the front door, like I 'm use to at other Pandas?
Better take your previous order receipts when going to Panda Express. They will overcharge you, and then you have to give them the receipt from the last time, and they fix it. Wonder how many customers this place is overcharging across the country. I am giving 2 stars because the food is great, but this place is shady when charging the correct prices.
