Employees are doing their best but they need more staff. Overpriced smoothie for a very long wait.

One of the worst displays of customer service I’ve ever witnessed. The staff were rude to customers. They took 30 minutes to get my bowl out and when I finally got it, it was the wrong bowl. They were visibly getting frustrated with customers when they were making mistakes. Will not come back

They desperately need help. It takes very long to get smoothie out and there are only 2 workers. I've walked to Salata, ordered a wrap, made a drink and my order still isn't ready. I do understand the why but if you are the owner you need to hire another persons or continue getting poor reviews. I won't review the smoothie because I'll never come back.

Ive had a lot of nektar smoothies but this location is possibly the worst one i’ve been to. it smells like rotten fruit and pee inside. that being said the smoothie was delicious and i didn’t get sick after.

Every time I order it goes past the scheduled time by atleast 20 minutes. Today we ordered 25 mins in advance and I came to pick it up and the lady said someone already came and picked my order. She doubled down and said they showed her the receipt. She obviously did not check their receipt correctly. I now have to wait for my order to be made from scratch. The service here is ridiculously poor.
