Contribute FeedbackMercy's restaurant and lounge at the Toyota Music Factory offers a mixed experience. Some found the food disappointing, with overcooked salmon and bland dishes. Service was slow and the atmosphere lacking compared to the Addison location. Others appreciated the wine selection and service, with a thoughtful chef willing to accommodate dietary needs. The lack of a substantial crowd and slow service were noted, but the attentive staff and great atmosphere left a positive impression on some. Overall, Mercy offers decent food and drinks in a tranquil setting, but service and consistency could be improved.
This place would of been much much better had it not been tor the loud music. All the ingredients for a classy diningwine experience is there just wish the music was not as loud our group had to literally scream to each other and as a result after appetizers we decided to leave
