Mcdonald's - Irving

The hired have become better, but I had traveled before the order lasted five minutes, since the hired had not understood my first speech because of English. it would also be frustrated with people if she did not understand them. they often deny enough orders. her coffee machine is a broken one. that's a generous review, I'd be evaluating 2.5 if I could. as last note, the worst is that they often forget to give them sauce for their burritos or often too little.

Extremely rude service. I ordered via drive thru and lady was screaming saying she wasn't understanding what i was telling her and even told me to speak Spanish because she wasn’t understanding when i can perfectly speak English. Even when i started speaking Spanish she was still screaming saying she was not understanding. I have always went here and no problems at all. If i could give it a 0 star i would.

Called 5 min before going if location had frappes, and they told us yes. Pulled up and the guy kept trying to guess what I was ordering and kept saying he couldn't hear me. Once I started yelling so he could hear me, he caught an attitude. Surprising, the frappe machine apparently stopped working in that time. ?

Worst McDonald's. Will never come back to this location. You would think they hire ppl that want to work. I would understand if maybe location was in a very busy but 20min just for a 20pc and 2 fries. Then worker's want to give you a attitude.

Them kids leave super early, supposedly closes at midnight. Went there tonight at 10:30pm and two guys and one girl just kept saying “no no, we’re closed” They close up shop, get their drinks and go home lol I don’t care but it’s really annoying when someone is grabbing a late bite and end up having to drive elsewhere. At least post accurate hours if you’re going to be leaving early.
