Of course, quite literally anybody canmake pressure fried chicken, so the protected asset had to be the recipe for the coating... and it 's still good today! Thislocation was a great place to stop for a late lunch... and to let the leaking OEM radiator in my Jeep cool off enough to refilland continue up to north Maple Avenue. $10 got me 5 great original coating thighs, two biscuits, a dish of gravy coveredmashed potatoes, a dish of coleslaw, and a medium Dr. Pepper, which the young man attending upgraded to a large because heforgot it in my order. Great fried chicken great service great experience. Go KFC!!
