Very simple, but tasty buffet, about $23 includes drinks, pastries, oatmeal with a variety of fresh berries and fruits. I did not try the fresh Latino pepper sauces, but the cheese and green onion to add to scrambled eggs were awesome, as also the service. View all feedback.
What Susan P doesn't like about Flossie's:
Had breakfast at Flossie's with a friend. Service was a bit slow but typical for post-pandemic restaurant service. We ordered off the menu and the had an avocado toast with poached egg and a bowl. Both were well prepared. The environment is a bit stark. Wait staff could use more training. Had brunch at Flossies today. The buffet was great for my mom, but I am vegan and could not find much to eat. A member of the staff saw my dismay and desire my saying I was gone, he told Chef Juan Ramos and a few minutes later, the chef brought the mostdelicious quinoa bowl to our table. It was FANTASTIC, full of flavor and totally vegan, which blew me away as I am not used topeople understanding a plant based diet. True service is understanding what someone wants before they even know it. This wastruly one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had!! I live in Las Colinas and despite many other options, I will bemaking Flossie?s my ?go to? brunch spot so long as Chef Ramos plates up such wonderful vegan meals!!
Hannh was the best bartender ever! So hospitable. Made me feel welcomed and prioritized throughout my entire stay at hotel! Mostly every other server or bartender looked over me while Hannah on the other hand never let me ask for anything. TOP OF THELINE SERVICE IF I DO SAY SO MYSELF??
The food, atmosphere and service was amazing. Great options on the buffet and menu.
Attended an event here. Food was great and service was very well done. Thank you!

If you are not a hotel guest the restaurant is easy to find. there is adjacent abundant parking. The restaurant is on the lower level of the building.
