Einstein Bros. Bagels - Irving

The restaurant was very unclean! All the tables were dirty, and the floors hadn't been swept in days. We ended up eating in the car because it was so filthy. However, the food was good.

Anthony truly made my day! When there was a mistake with my sandwich, he quickly took action to correct it, and that really touched my heart. No one or no business is perfect, but the way they handle mistakes speaks volumes to me. Kudos to Anthony for a job well done!

I wouldn't give this place any stars. I went to pick up a DoorDash order for two people at 11:21 AM. During the 30-minute wait, I asked twice how much longer it would take for Deborah's order to be ready. The cook, a Black man, expressed his frustration with DoorDash drivers, and things escalated from there. He told me to "just wait," and then proceeded to use offensive language, calling me derogatory names as I left. It's really disappointing because I know there will be no consequences for his behavior. The manager remained silent, likely out of fear. I wouldn't recommend picking up an order from here, whether it's for DoorDash or my own food.

Great Einstein Bros. Bagels location in Las Colinas. Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the office. The staff was very nice and attentive. I got me a bagel breakfast sandwich ? and a coffee and it was delicious. Will definitely be going back!

I went in this morning and I wasnt impressed with the two employees. The female greeted me when i opened the door but she wouldn't turn around to acknowledge me once I walked up to the register and the male just looked at me and continued to pace. I finally spoke up and said I had an order to pick up and they both said its on the table. Its my first time, Im like what table? Not good experience.
