Awesome bday dining ec. Genesis server Alberto chef were outstanding in all categories. Grt service but unobtrusive an food was perfectly prepared. Fun food prep. Show and both had fab personalities. We went 3 pm so very quiet snd enjoyable. Brought out ice cream dessert for my bday wished me a happy ?. View all feedback.
What Kristin doesn't like about Benihana:
From the time we received our salad, it was about 45 minutes before the cook came to the table to start cooking our meal. That was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Our server also disappeared for long periods of time and our son saw her just standing and chatting with another server across the room for part of the time when we were waiting for drink refills. Chef Lou was immaculate. His food was yummy and well seasoned and he carefully paid attention to everyone’s food allergies at the table. Definitely requesting him when I come back

Chef Lu is beyond Awesome!!! This chef is full of energy and completely did his thing when it came down to taking care of myself and my daughter’s allergies at the table as well as cooking all of our meals to perfection. We get really nervous to go out to eat but he made it so easy and we felt at ease to enjoy our meal and have great family time. Thanks Chef Lu!!!
