The cocktail menu was handwritten, the craft cocktails had care put into them, and the staff was fun and interesting. Went there to meet some friends for a night cap.There was no menu anymore. I had to choose the drink I wanted (This takes the fun out of choosing a craft cocktail that isunique). The drink was good, but not cutting edge/fun like it was before. This is not the YNK that I knew. If you're lookingfor a cocktail, go to the bar outside. You'll get faster service than you do inside YNK and they have your typical hotel menu. Kinda sad that Marriott has let it go. I'll try again in a couple months, but hopefully it'll change for the better.

There's no drink menu here but there IS a mind-reading bartender here. Jonathan kept surprising us with knowing exactly what we needed and creating veryoriginal and tasty drinks for us. They tasted great and seeing him make drinks was equally entertaining. I have never wanted tosavor each sip like this before.

There was a bartender (older gentleman with a trimmed white beard) who looked at my group of 6 colleagues and immediately said ?reservations only.? I looked inside and saw 3 people seated and thought to myself ? that?s odd. After Icalled the restaurant, the operator told me there were a number of cancellations tonight and said I could walk in and befine. I walked back in and told me he wouldn?t seat us despite there being cancellations. He said there were more coming so wewaited for 15 minutes. No one. He closed the door on us ? almost expecting us to leave. Extremely unfortunate because I hadsuch high hopes. I?ll be sure no one in our circles will be going.

I understand being short staffed but if you have a graduation with a minimum of 600 people coming why wouldn't you have extra staff of hand?!? The food beveragemanager on staff tonight did make some specialty cocktails for us and got the first round but it being closed threw a totalwrench in our plans for celebrating Dr Simon!!!
