For the first time, the Irvine Spectrum will blow you away and you feel like you in another part of the world. If you want Japanese food that is affordable and just so happen to be in Irvine, comes to the Irvine Spectrum for Wasabi Sushi Grill is a pretty good idea. Depending on where you park, the Food Court could be a little walk away. Therefore, if you want to eat before you buy, you should park near the cinema as the food court is located near the theatre. If you want to buy or explore the Irvine Spectrum before eating, you should park where Nordstrom is located. What I like about Sushi Bar Grill is that they filled cups and pitchers with ice water for their customers and employees of Irvine Spectrum. When you ask for water, the cashier shows you where the water is located. (It is on the left side of the counter. I can't really say much for the atmosphere of the food dish, but I can say that you're back into another world as soon as you step out of the food dish. I just love what Irvine Spectrum did to me. If you are the type of person that is easily lost, the best thing to do is get a card of the Irvine Spectrum from the Guest Services Center or just ask Irvine Spectrum staff questions. (This would probably help you find the Food Court much easier. Although I have received my food on a paper plate, I sincerely want to give Wasabi Sushi Grill five stars as my order (Double Crunch Roll came out to be pretty and tasty. However, I decided to give this restaurant four stars as I have the cashiers on his phone for a long time. (In addition, the cashier often did not notice approaching the customer as he was very focused on playing on his phone. Apart from that, I liked this place and planned to eat again in Wasabi Sushi Grill. UPDATE (4/21/2011) I wasn't here too long ago and I have to say that I was quite disappointed. The cashier (a different from that I mentioned in my first review, played on his phone. He wasn't attentive at all. It wasn't the inconspicuous cashier who came to me, but it was the taste of my food (Double Crunch Roll, who arrived to me. It didn't taste as good as the first time I ate it. There was something completely different. Maybe another cook did it? I have no idea. Regardless of this, I was particularly disappointed, as I was looking forward to a few quirky roles.
