good service. the dame on the front was really helpful, I am vegetarian and this whole time I got veggie burger with grilled tweepers, but she was the first person to tell me that they grill the tweepers in the same oil they use for the necessity of bark meat and try me when I wanted to swirl the raw. I'm a former Habit burger employee. Before they were bought out by Yum! Brands. On a ride in the area, a passenger told me where I could get some food in the area and mentioned the Habit. Got the double char with bacon and cheese. You can request the burger lettuce wrapped and they actually do a great job wrapping it. Flavor and texture was great, but couldn't really find anything else keto friendly on the menu.
I've been dealing with unpleasant and irritable staff at this point for 3 years. Especially the managers are very strict and unpleasant. I basically bought 3 burgers, 2 pommes and a drink. I ask for Ranch and the manager (female) to give me a small capsule for my entire order. I ask for 2 or 3 more and to tell them that they have a sign that they only spend so many spices. She was cold and very unpleasant, which is basically the norm when my family visits this place. For the last 3 years, if you ask one of the female employees here for extras that they can handle an rude attitude and give you the mere minimum. The food is always cooked properly and I appreciate that, but the service leaves much to be desired. I'll visit Habit Burger again, just not this place. Enough is enough with the attitude.
My experience with the Irvine on Culver Walnut was terrible and this review is really the worst. I ordered a chicken chaser salad w- extra dressing that was not included in my order, also an impossible Char Burger, a chocolate shaker w-whipped cream not prepared as ordered. My sweet potatoes fries were cold, although I said I wanted them to be hot when the order was given to me, the Pommes room temperature was because they were prepared first, while they were on everything else buying the top item, a Santa Barbara burger with No mayonnaise due to allergy on eggs, work breathing and Hives, Anaphilaxis) When I came home with my order, I had Mayonnaise over everything. I'm asking you for accomplices. My order because I couldn't eat it! Please know how annoyed your employees after $40.00 and change, I was horrified with The Habit but now that you? What did you do? Do not use the kiosk to order if you can avoid it, do not get pager for pickup, you get a text message, maybe, and it makes it harder to get a cup for drinks because you need to wait for a text to show the register anyway. Better just order in the register. The food is good. I had a pineapple or Aloha-Charan, whatever he says, and a Caesar salad. Both good. The salad is usually strongly dressed so if this is not your thing, then you get another salad where you can get the dressing on the side.
Massively disappointed by this place. Had the Habit before and was never blown away with the food. It was me this time. How terrible food and service was. Waited 20 minutes just to get a sandwich with not even 25% of it was chicken.
