Starbucks - Irvine

I strongly advise against visiting this particular Starbucks. During my recent stop on my way to the office, I noticed that the staff seemed more focused on their own personal drama rather than efficiently taking and fulfilling orders. While observing, I saw the person who took my order pause to assist another staff member in taking out the trash. Shockingly, she handled the trash with her bare hands, picking up items from the floor and helping to release a stuck cart. Without washing her hands, she then returned to handling my sandwich, removing it from its wrapper with her contaminated hands, using tongs to transfer it to the heating equipment. This unsanitary behavior left me feeling disgusted, and I ultimately decided to leave without consuming my meal.

Today, the woman working at the cash register demonstrated a lack of basic customer service etiquette.

Arrive before 1pm as the restaurant closes at that time. I was disappointed when I arrived for coffee and found it closed. The restaurant is located inside Embassy Suites. They should consider hiring someone to work in the afternoons as people rely on their coffee. I was definitely not satisfied.

Their house coffee is so good and very cheap! Their small is quite tiny but highly caffeinated. They also have a menu so that you can pair it up to your coffee.

Marissa was great! She remembered my order even though I had only ever ordered with her one time!
