Had hoped to get the Tofu-Pho with vegetable broth, but they have no veggie broth: I thought they had it before. Maybe it was set?! I chose the tofu bahn mi sandwich that was good. It comes with a side of sauteed jalapenos. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom could use a deep clean! View all feedback.
I tried this place for the first time and was very satisfied. I had the bun salad with chicken and the glittering mint lemonade. The salad has cold noodles in it and it is very pleasant. I like the whole dynamic of salad and chicken egg roll that it is so good that I almost went back and got a separate order. The lemonade is very refreshing although I think it is a little too expensive, it was a great combination with the salad. I also love the service of the staff here they are super friendly and nice and very helpful when it comes to a hungry person who can not decide what to get. I would definitely come back!
I liked the Banh mi and bungalow here. Also the Zilantro potato was a great turn to Pommes that were our sweet potatoes. Portions are very fillable, even if we share a lunch special (half sandwich half salad). Service is fast, there are outdoor seats, very close to the cinema and nearby shopping. Definitely coming back here when in the area.
Sawleaf on the market solves my payouts for delicious Vietnamese food when I am in Irvine: The location is very modern, clean and super sweet inside! You have really cool artworks and I love the layout of the store because it feels so open and bright all the time! The service is amazing- everyone is really friendly and they always check on their tables, although it is not a full service restaurant. Calvin, the owner, is so passionate about the food and this shows through the quality and consistency. He really takes care of his customers and that definitely translates his employees. I feel like I've tried most of the menus, so I'll break it off: Beef pho: The broth is amazing! It is super hearty and you really do not need sauces because it is so tasteful on my own I really appreciate the fact that there are separate broths for beef, chicken and vegetarian The soya garlic tofu pho is also surprisingly tasty, although I love meat spring rolls: so light and refreshing ~ I also love the diving sauce and it is great with sriracha roll bite: bread It does not hurt your gum like some of the other banh mi places: I exchange the lemongrasss beef, chicken and pigs belly and they are all so good, so I would recommend it to each of them! Bun (vermicelli and Salat: this is my way when I give something healthier feeling especially it causes so many greens ~ loaded sweet potatoes: I prefer this with the shrimp: it is another good appetizer and the sriracha aioli is bomb as always ~ Sparkling Minze Limade: my favorite drink here because it is super refreshing and light! Vietnamese coffee: really creamy and smooth : it is also sweet and strong as it should be ~ All in all, I love everything here and I would recommend every seed leaf because they have such a great variety

Really good americanized Vietnamese food. If you can't make it out to westminster or garden Grove then this is the location you could try hitting up. I did not realize that they had pho as well as banh mi and bun which is a Vietnamese noodle dish. Overall the prices were affordable and I ended up getting the chicken bun which was pretty delicious for the price. The sweet chili fish sauce was different that the fish sauce I am used to but it overall made it a very good tasting dish. Would be willing to try the pho to go next time but you can get that everywhere in garden Grove though so it might be a waste. I would recommend this if you are in the area and are craving Vietnamese food and need to eat right there and then. Also blk coffee next door is pretty good if you get their blk coffee and nothing else.
