What User doesn't like about Rubio's Coastal Grill:
I’m visiting from out of town, and I actively sought out Rubio’s because of multiple previous positive experiences. Of course, I ordered the original fish tacos. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience needed some improvement: the air conditioning wasn’t working; there was no ice available for drinks; and the fish in the tacos was folded in half before frying (almost like a ball) which is just not compatible with a taco.... This location of Rubio’s is truly outstanding! The customer service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, even when they were short on an ingredient. The Californian burritos were delicious, and the fries were great as well. Since it was my first time at Rubio’s, I can confidently say I’ll be visiting much more often in the future!
