What Adam Traidman doesn't like about Piadina:
I really wanted to like this place more. They try to be truly Italian with imported meats and tuna, and an Italian bread pressing machine. Unfortunately my New York piadina had bread which was uncooked (translucent dough). Literally raw dough. Not cool. The other sandwich ingredients were ok but the meat was very fatty (which is typical for these deli style cuts, but something to be aware of). The tuna salad was HUGE... View all feedback. I can't believe it took me so long to try this place. Initially, I noticed these gorgeous women exiting with these flatboxes in hand. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but the staff reassured first-timers buy pointing out popular items (highlighted in yellow on the menu).
