Panda Express - Irvine

The service was incredibly rude. I do not recommend going there. It would be better to choose a different Panda Express. They made several mistakes and didn't even apologize.

The portion sizes really depend on who is serving you; sometimes you get a generous helping, while other times it's quite small. The restaurant itself is quite modest and struggles to manage orders efficiently.

**Update April 2022** - I'm a returning customer since this is my favorite location! The restaurant is exceptionally clean, with fast and outstanding service. Adela always greets everyone with a smile and makes sure that each customer gets excellent service. The food is delicious, and the restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness. They offer all menu items as either 2 or 3 combos or à la carte options. Highly recommended!

I had no problems at this point, but when we picked up some food, we were released to order egg rolls and when they listened to us, they were out. All 3 separate orders with honey nut shrimps were disgusting. They were 2 separate batches and were all dark and soggy. I'll probably avoid this place from now on, which sucks because it's so close.

Watch out the portion of shrimp order! I just picked up my food and noticed my honey glazed shrimp I paid for $15 was only 2/3 of large box. This is NOT first time so i called the store, the manager said 26 pieces were for large size. So I counted, only 19 pieces! This happened before last time, i thought they were mistakenly gave me short. Is this store taking advantage of to go customers or what?? No more food from this store!!
