Contribute FeedbackOlive Garden offers a varied experience that swings between delightful and disappointing. While many guests praise the exceptional service from dedicated servers like Lori and Mark, who make diners feel at home, others report inconsistencies such as incomplete takeout orders and overcrowded conditions. The menu garners mixed reactions: some enjoy the familiar flavors, while others find certain dishes, like the overly salty chicken soup, lacking. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, but the focus on signature items like breadsticks can overshadow the desire for authentic Italian fare. Overall, Olive Garden remains a potential choice, especially with standout service.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. While waiting for our hotel room to be ready, we decided to dine at Olive Garden, a restaurant we always enjoy. Ethan, who also serves as a manager, took care of us. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. All of the other staff members were also friendly. We highly recommend giving them a try.
Thank you, Olive Garden, for being so accommodating with our birthday party lunch for 9 people. Everyone had a wonderful time, enjoyed good food, and our server was excellent. The restaurant has a room that can seat 9 people, which is perfect for seniors with hearing impairments. The room blocks out all noise, making conversation enjoyable. Next time you plan a gathering, be sure to request this room - you won't be disappointed!
We have been frequenting this restaurant for several years and have never been let down. The staff is consistently friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant dining experience. In terms of the food, everything we've tried has been excellent (particularly the salad that accompanies the meals is outstanding). We highly recommend trying their appetizers, which are uniquely delicious. Our top picks are the Toasted ravioli and lasagna frittatas.
Hostess stand employees were OK. The shining star of our visit was our server, Lola. She was so friendly always with a smile on her face. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and cheerful throughout our meal. You can tell she enjoys serving others and loves her job. We travel often and dine out more than I’d like. Our experience w her was memorable as it is the best customer service we have received in months. I hope she gets recognition for her hard work as she was running circles around the other servers. The tour of Italy was delicious. Pasta Fagioli on point and very hearty. Salad was consistent and plentiful for the two of us.Drink prices are a bit steep at $4 each and the strawberry cake dessert is a pass next time, we should have gotten the Zeppoli. When you’re here, youre family and we definitely felt like family!
Let me start by saying I have been to a lot of olive gardens in a lot of different cities but trust me when I say this one hours above and beyond. I ordered the tour of Italy and it was amazing. The cheese on the lasagna was a beautiful golden brown, the chicken parm was really crispy and flavorful, and the fettuccine was nothing less than perfect. My girlfriend ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it was to die for! The cherry on top was our server Donovan, who not only attended us in the friendliest way possible but improved our already amazing dinner. Super charismatic, checking in on us at the perfect times when we may need something, giving us amazing recommendations, and making this Italian chain feel homey and warm. Thanks to Donovan I will be returning and can’t recommend anyone enough to go!!!
