Lemonade - Irvine

This used to be our favorite restaurant, but now the customer service has become terrible. The staff is extremely rude, and the cold side dishes didn't taste good at all. We tried two different sides after paying for them, but they were old and unappetizing. We ended up having to leave everything behind just to escape. It’s a dreadful place to eat!

Rania is by far the most charming person I have ever met in a new restaurant. often feel my man and I rushed or judged when we need extra time to decide. it was our first time here and rania could say it. she was so patient and friendly. you know about all foods and their passion for taste makes it hard to say no! we tried almost everything she recommended and loved every choice. my person favorites were the green chili huhn, the caramel toffee cookie and my limonade was half gurkenminze, half lavendel ranias suggested! it was amazing! our new favourite place to go thanks to rania and its amazing customer service as well as their passionate recommendations.

I was there on Sunday, May 1st at 4:40pm. I wasn 't going to leave a review until I saw all the other people mention how rude the staff was (I just thought I caught them on a bad day or something. Questions I asked were met with attitude and dirty looks. This was my first bad experience at lemonade but all my other experiences were at the Huntington location so maybe it 's just this location that sucks. The food looked old and I felt intimidated to ask if anything fresh was going to come out. At checkout I handed the lady a $100 bill and she took it to her manager who just said sorry we don 't accept $100 's Since when? I 've paid with a $100 bill at the Huntington location. He just gave me a tough **** kinda look and walked away. Food was bland and cold so honestly I 'm never coming back to this location again.

Amazing customer service by Rania and great food! Rania helped out a lot with her recommendations and showing me around. Such a wonderful person would definitely go back.

I was disappointed. The mango chicken tasted stale, like it had been prepared a few days ago. The elderberry lemonade was decent and had a lovely color, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
