we always love a good Korean food and we stumbled on this beautiful location. the server were on the top of our waters and sides. general proportions so they really are worth a good one from eating here. the toilets are clean. I demand that we come here more often, because this is our kind of comfort eating and ambiente. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kaju Soft Tofu:
I came here with some friends a while back. Food was decent, but I felt like the flavor was lacking compared to the other Kaju places I've been to. There was a lady who I felt kept giving us the stink eye every time she walked by our table. We left a $10 tip for our $60 meal, and she stopped us on the way out to ask for more, so my friend caved and added another $10. That's a 33% tip. Everything else was alright, but... The food was good and the service was good. Per person price is about $28 for the lunch… a bit expensive to me lol but this is the price to eat out.One thing I would like to note make sure you check what you order and make sure there is reasonable amount of meat/ protein inside bowl/ plate. My bibimbap bulgogi… there was merely a pinch of bulgogi there…bibimbap bulgogi
I just found this korean restaurant last week. Today I had my first meal there. I ordered Lunch set A with Galbi Tofu soup. The food was very delicious from side dishes, soup main course. I definetely will come back for more meal in the near future. This restaurant become my new favorite soft tofu korean restaurant.Food: 5/5
We came for lunch and ordered curry tofu and beef tofu soup combo with bimbimbap and it was delicious!!! I’ve never seen a Korean food spot with curry soup flavor so I’m glad I ordered it. You can control the level of spice for the soup. We got non spicy and add kimchi to the soup so it would be less spicy. The taste is on point from authentic Korean food from k-town in LA. This location is my new favorite comfort go to Korean food in Orange County! If you pay cash, there’s a 6% discount so yay. The server was friendly and accommodating and the restaurant had K-pop songs on. This place has me singing along to K-pop songs and enjoying my food. The portions are big too and their sides are great, they had the Korean veggie pancake as a side, kimchi, cumcumber, potato salad, sprouts, fish cake, and a small fish I think was mackerel. The sides were so good and I felt like we were full just off the sides offered.
Had the other branch in Garden Grove and this one is fine too. I'm just happy I don't have to drive to BCD anymore as this is just down the street for me. The plaza is generally crowded so it's no surprise there's a bit of a line here so I would recommend trying to avoid peak hours if you're just trying to grab a quick bite. The staff here was friendly, typical of what you expect from a Korean restaurant. They are super fast with everything to get you in and out as they should. Inside the restaurant is a bit tight as they really tried to maximize the amount of tables that could fit. Food wise, I was very satisfied. Usually most tofu soup restaurants be skimping on the intestines but I found they really provided a good amount. It tasted good and usually I don't eat too much tofu but I found that the texture here was pretty good. The banchan was average and probably less selection compared to their garden grove location.
Arrived at 9 close at 9:30 and ordered to go. The lady short hair asked us twice in 3 mins if we’re ready to order. We placed the order but found the number was not right. She actually charged an extra item that I didn’t order, and told me she cannot cancel the order ? . I asked to give me the money back but she persuaded me to take it ? . She even complained with her coworker in front of us in Korean, but I can understand some keywords . She just wanted to leave early ?Food is good and portion is large BTW
