J Sweet Bakery - Irvine

I really enjoy cakes from this kind of bakeries. They use real cream, fresh fruit and are not too sweet. We tried the Choco Chiffon with strawberry filling, covered with fruit. It is light and refreshing.

Really delicious bread, pastries, cakes and dessert. Some of our favorites are hot dog rolls, pineapple bread, green onion bread, cream custard bread, orange cake roll, strawberry mochi, chocolate strawberry cake, black forest cake and mango mousse. Their cakes are always soft, airy and fluffy. Not excessively sweet, with lots of fresh fruit.

This place has really good bread, but it has more expensive than when it first opened. The reason why it doesn't get 5 stars because they don't start serving tea until 10:00, and I would think as they open so early they would have the offer before 10.

A beautiful place to visit! Beautiful cakes and pastries, some so pretty it seems a shame to eat them. What does not stop me: add bread and other good things and you have a place you go more than once,

We come here for the Japanese cream puffs! Pretty awesome stuff! The cream inside has a hint of vanilla bean, powdered sugar on top and each are individually boxed.
