Despite initial mishaps, the staff redeemed themselves with excellent service. The FLOE lounge at a Marriott hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and accommodating service, although marred by a loud patron. Another diner praised the lounge for Father's Day lunch and labeled it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Overall, the FLOE Lounge offered a positive experience with exceptional service.
This lounge is located in a beautiful marriott hotel. the atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing. the food and service was excellent. our wonderful waiter jose ensured that the changes were made to our order, as was desired to adapt our nutritional restrictions. eating was amazing. self parking is free for a limited number of hours with validation and requires a minimum amount. the only thing that pampered the evening was a man who came into the lounge, then went very loud to speak on facetime and had the volume on high. everyone could talk back and forth here. either he didn't care or he was decent for the right behavior in the public. he killed the relaxing mood and atmosphere. to the happiness that happened at the end of our dinner.
Nice location for a happy hour with friends or colleagues.
This lounge is in a beautiful Marriott Hotel. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The food and service was excellent. Our wonderful waiter Jose made sure changes were made to our dishes as requested to fit our dietary restrictions. Food was amazing. Self parking is free for a limited amount of hours with validation and requires a minimum amount spent. The only thing that spoiled the evening was a man who came to the lounge then proceeded to talk on FaceTime very loudly and had the volume on high. Everyone could here the entire back and forth conversation. He either didn't care or was clueless to proper behavior in public. Really annoying. He totally killed the relaxing mood and atmosphere. Luckily this happened at the end of our dinner.
This was a group dinner of ladies for the holiday. There was also a very large party and the kitchen was having a difficult time keeping up. Our first dinner was served both overcooked and cold, after waiting over an hour. The manager re-did all dinners and it was PHENOMENAL, although after waiting over another hour for it all. The manager gave a quick speech and then disappeared, the credit really goes to the server for her amazing service, checking on us, giving us updates, and giving us quite a few extras at no charge. We'd love to give it another try, but will wait til after the holidays are over.
Very caring staff and management. Our meal was delicious, we don't usually have brunch in a hotel but had a nice time.
