that was cold! and we had a reservation through the open table, but when we arrived we had to wait almost 30 minutes and our waiter was too busy. he brought my baked potato 10 min before the rest of my dinner that was cold when he brought it. The best thing about our dining experience at Famous Dave's was the service provided by our server. I wish I could remember his name but he made sure our needs were met as customers. He would always come at the right time to refill our drinks and offer anything we needed.
