What Kelly Rankin doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
I frequent the restaurant at 18032 Culver drive almost daily. This time it was a little eord because when i pulled up to order some weird robot responded instead of an actual person. My order was not correct as you could imagine but fortunately i was helped by Luna and she corrected the mistake made by that awful machine. Luna was great. She stepped in when I had to repeat my order several times. The AI couldn't understand what I was ordering because the street had heavy traffic flow passing by. I was considering cancelling my order leaving when Luna came to my rescue correcting the order the AI could not get. Technology is not a replacement for people. read moreAutomated drive through voice is terrible, kills the atmospher. However, Luna quickly made up for it with excellent customer service.
Staff very friendly, fast and fresh food, I enjoy my meal.
