Fairly basic hotel , Room TV is awful, no english channels at all , not a Smart TV, no Netflix there was a fridge in the room but no minibar contents Room AC wa... read more Fairly basic hotel , Room TV is awful, no english channels at all , not a Smart TV, no Netflix there was a fridge in the room but no minibar contents Room AC was set to chilled and fan on at 16c because it was very warm and stuffy however the system did not work at all only option was to open windows and get huge amount of motorway traffic noise wifi very slow

The waiter was pleasant, and was very atte... read more We came for dinner after unexpectedly getting a room here. We decided to try their menu of the day, 2 courses for 9€. The waiter was pleasant, and was very attentive to drinks etc. but seemed a little nervous. The menu was laid out in 3 languages, Spanish, French and English. My uncle chose the cheese spaghetti, and i ordered the roast chicken with salad, with a side of fries to share. Drinks and bread came out, and eventually the dinner came... but mine was wrong. Instead of chicken and salad it was beef (i think) with fries. I questioned it, and said this wasn't what i had ordered. I wouldn't have ordered a side of fries if my meal came with them........ to cut a long story short: it seems to have all been translated incorrectly. There was no chicken salad, I asked if i could have the burger.... he said it was russian steak.... then said that the duck might not be duck, but could actually be chicken. The cheese spaghetti wasn't appealing, and i daren't try the fish so I ended up getting courgette soup, which was not that nice and was cold by the time it arrived. Several other patrons complained whilst we were there over food as well. We ordered the dessert tentatively, but the choices were limited to cheesecake, custard or a piece of fruit.....we both chose cheesecake.... It is NOT like our cheesecake... i couldn't stomach it at all. The texture and the flavour just weren't great for me!!! So i had to leave that too. All in all, it was a huge disappointment!!! HOWEVER: We did stop for breakfast before we left, and the breakfast service buffet was a lot better. A good selection of pastries, bread, cereal, yoghurts, juice, so we enjoyed that a lot more!!!

The room (101) was huge and well equipped, the bathroom spacious with a full s... read more Booked last minute and found hotel to be very good quality for 63 Euro per night. The room (101) was huge and well equipped, the bathroom spacious with a full size bath. The internet was very good, fast and good coverage throughout the hotel. An hour extension to checkout was also no problem. On the down side the room was noisy (from hotel reception area) and there is some motorway noise despite the double glazing. Overall a good hotel.

Something important when you're looking for a break. the facilities are noted that they have been reformed, which speaks very well of the concern of the property to keep up to date. spacious rooms and common spaces inside. for quality price a highly recommended option.
