However it is worth while driving to the border of Irun to taste the special and friendly atmosphere. Several brands of beer are served. Several brands of gin as well. Milk shakes are famous in the neighbourhood. The menu is modest but quality is good. The main treat is fitting outside of course...enjoying...

The restaurant is simple and large with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Service was very good, even though there was a language barrier. It had had a good review in Gourmet Traveller and that is why we made sure to find it. Had the recommend Chalet (very large TBone to share with chips)
