The food is consistently lacking in flavor. The donuts are just dry circles of sugar. The drinks always have spills on the cups.
I used to frequent this restaurant many times, but now it has become the worst place. We waited for the cashier for 10 minutes, and when she finally came, she didn't greet us or apologize for the delay. The cappuccino machine was broken and all of the tables were very dirty.
Stop there for a quick breakfast and a cup of coffee. The service was quite fast only because there was nobody there other than a few cars and drive thru, but the constant complaining about the company, about people in the Drive-Thru, and overall workingconditions could be heard out in the public area where they sat and ate. And the cussing and swearing was over the top. I couldsee why these businesses have lost business. We'll have to think twice about going to another Dunkin' donuts. And that's why Igave her three stars.
My friend and I visited Dunkin' at 2pm on February 9th and ordered an everything bagel toasted with garden veggie cream cheese. However, when we received our order, we found that we were given a plain bagel with regular cream cheese instead. We politely returned to the counter and requested the correct order, which was an everything bagel served untoasted with the cream cheese on the side for us to spread ourselves. We were disappointed and had difficulty assembling the bagel as shown in the photo.
Always love when they fast AND get my order right ?? UPDATE:: im not sure whats going on with this dunkin?. Its 24 hours but when you go after 5pm or 6pm they have NOTHING and they always mess up the drinks (around that time) ? close if you?re not goingto have any food after a certain time ???????? It just inconvenient for the overnight worker?. And today i got tiny pieces ofbacon on my sandwich? i had to laugh and couldn't even eat it? I do love dunkin but my store slackin?! These sandwiches aren't$1-$2 cheap sandwiches lol they are like $4.69 ! Im just saying ????
