However, when we received our or... read more My friend and I visited Dunkin' at 2pm on February 9th and ordered an everything bagel toasted with garden veggie cream cheese. However, when we received our order, we found that we were given a plain bagel with regular cream cheese instead. We politely returned to the counter and requested the correct order, which was an everything bagel served untoasted with the cream cheese on the side for us to spread ourselves. We were disappointed and had difficulty assembling the bagel as shown in the photo.

Its 24 hours but when you go after 5pm or 6pm they have NOTHING and they always mess up the drinks (around that time) ? close if you?re not goingto have any food after a certain time ???????? It just inconvenient for the overnight worker?. And today i got tiny pieces ofbacon on my sandwich? i had to laugh and couldn't even eat it? I do love dunkin but my store slackin?! These sandwiches aren't$1-$2 cheap sandwiches lol they are like $4.69 ! Im just saying ????

The service was fairly fast, mainly due to the lack of customers, aside from a few cars in the drive-thru. However, I found it quite off-putting that I could hear the staff openly complaining about the company, the drive-thru customers, and their working conditions while they were sitting and eating. The amount of cursing and swearing was excessive. I can understand why this location might be losing business. I’ll definitely think twice before returning to another Dunkin’ Donuts. That’s why I rated it three stars.
