The croissant was warm when I go or it, but was... read more Got my usual iced coffee and tried a chocolate croissant. I honestly don't ok now why they microwave everything. The croissant was warm when I go or it, but was hard as a rock in just a few minutes...they do they same thing with their bagels. I'll stick to the iced coffee from now on.

I never met a more angry young lady in my life, when placing my order at the drive thru today I was struck by... read more 1st time to this location... I will never return. I never met a more angry young lady in my life, when placing my order at the drive thru today I was struck by how rude the young lady taking my order was.. angry and incredibly impatient as I gave my donut order she barked You done after each item I ordered.. when I asked if that was a dozen she very loudly said you didn 't say you wanted a dozen I replied ok, is that a dozen then argued with me for not telling her I wanted a dozen and still would not tell me if I had reached a dozen in my order. Not knowing if it was a dozen I then asked for 2 coffee 's and the rudeness just went up a few notches. I drove to the window and asked her why was she being so rude with me.. her reasoning, I was taking a thousand years to give my order... which wasn 't true. She insisted there was no manager on duty when asked and not 1 employee stepped in to help the situation.
