Dunkin' - Irondequoit

I stopped by to pick up a Box O' Joe and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they provided it, along with cups, creamer, and sugar—no request needed. The service was impressively efficient.

The food is good, but this is the second time in a row that they’ve messed up my order by giving me donuts I didn’t ask for.

I ordered my usual iced coffee and decided to try a chocolate croissant. Honestly, I don't understand why they microwave everything. The croissant was warm when I got it, but it turned hard as a rock just a few minutes later. They do the same with their bagels. From now on, I'll just stick to the iced coffee.

Everytime I go to dunking am seen by kendal which is the best worker there... in my opinion. (Should give him a raise)... service is very good I am there every day, prices are good, and most of the people are nice but one person.

I like this special dunkin, but they're a little slow with their service. If they're busy, you won't get out quickly. Even if they are not busy, they do not expect a fast experience. the people are friendly and friendly! food: 5/5
