Each time, I've found the staff to be friendly and my orders have always be... read more I've visited this restaurant several times, both dining in and using the drive-thru. Each time, I've found the staff to be friendly and my orders have always been correct. Today, I stopped by for a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and ordered it inside. I requested the bacon to be extra crispy, and when it came out, I noticed it wasn't as crispy as I wanted. I jokingly said, "Oh, I guess it's Christmas," and the employee was more than willing to put it back in for me without any hesitation. She was very pleasant, and the croissant turned out to be delicious. I really enjoy this location!

Unfortunately this establishment doesn't offe... read more A few weeks ago I went through DD drive thru for my regular morning coffee I normally order at different location. Unfortunately this establishment doesn't offer my usual( large decaf iced Carmel craze) understanding there more than likely are not a lot of people who order decaf espresso I was a bit disappointed to not have my morning coffee and that's when I met Anton, my morning angel. Anton said they do not have decaf espresso but he was willing to make me a decaf coffee that tasted just like the decaf Carmel craze I was expecting. I do not know what this angel of morning coffee did, but not only did he make the coffee I was expecting he somehow made it taste better than the normal decaf Carmel craze I usually get. Anton gave me an experience of exceptional customer service above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to you Anton!! AKA angel of morning coffee.

I just waited 6 minutes before 8 to have no one come to the speaker.. drive around and the worker is just staring through the window.. like what? Just a shame.

I have been visiting my children in Greece New York for a month I have been here almost every day and I have only had one order right and that was because I onl... read more I have been visiting my children in Greece New York for a month I have been here almost every day and I have only had one order right and that was because I only ordered a coffee every other time I ordered everything was wrong or I sat at the window for 20 minutes this place is a joke this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever experienced in my travels and I travel all over the United States so sad you should shut this place down. I even did an online order where everything is written out for them and they got that wrong.

I can't imagine how stressful it must have been but her customer service skills were top notch!
