I didn’t ask his name, but whoever was working Friday at 5 was a true sweetheart. Taking great care of customers and had a very warm personality. Made the business look better with such amazing employees View all feedback.

The staff was pleasant and did their best, but seemed overwhelmed. The wait time for our food was typically 15-30 minutes, making it neither a fast nor convenient dining experience. The employees at this restaurant need more training in professionalism and how to treat customers nicely. A girl with blonde hair and tattoos on her hands was rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing. Her attitude towards us was unpleasant when we pointed out a mistake. I will definitely not be returning if I see her behind the counter.
The toaster is always broken or so they claim... I can't even eat there 9 out of 10 times.
I tried to order online for awhile to save time and money and after the fact I was told the online experience was down (it was processing). Tried calling the store and it's attachment but no good. Didn't know if I had 3 subs waiting on me when I wanted 1. I drove out there, reordered a sub and will be checking my statements again. I don't need this stress in addition to trying to build rewards and trying to get a discount on a sub which I wasn't able to get a discount or credit for.
