This restaurant does not even deserve a star. The woman working at the window was extremely slow and incredibly rude. When I asked for extra sugar, she handed me a whole cup of sugar. Whatever happened to sugar packets?! I will be going to Dunkin' Donuts every morning instead, where I have never had this kind of experience.

They are consistently bad with their donuts and the staff is at best indiffer... read more I am a fan of Dunkin', but this is honestly the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. They are consistently bad with their donuts and the staff is at best indifferent. Despite living close by, I always hope for better every few months but I am disappointed every time. I would recommend visiting any other Dunkin' in the city except for this one.

She didn't even... read more I went there this morning, and yes, it was a waiting period, although there were only 2 cars in front of me, HOWEVER, the young lady was alone. She didn't even take her personal stuff away before she had to work. She made my order right, my sandwich was hot and coffee was on the point. Now that it is said that it has been thrown up, SO THANK HER AND LEAVE A TIP!!!

Look, I understand the times are different and it's hard to get good help. I give people the advantage of doubt. I should have read the reviews, but since this place is closer to my home, I decided to go. The lobby is still closed, must consist of personnel questions, as there is no mandate for closed food. The employee who took our order seemed upset. I asked for half a dozen and then started the list of those I wanted. She interrupted me when she wasn't ready. I stopped and waited. That happened three times. Once she told me everything, and I was raised. The employee who gave me my order was pleasant, but honestly I am not back. Donuts are good, the service only needs to be improved.
