What User doesn't like about Rio-grande:
Standard Mexican restaurant that you can find in Russia...they do offer menus in English as well, but these menus are more limited in comparison to the Russian menus. I believe they also do a standard lunch menu in the middle of the day (if you ask in Russian), and the views from the outside are nice. View all feedback.

Who would have thought that one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever visited will be in Siberia. Amazing food and drinks at reasonable prices. Beautiful decoration too.
Excellent service and food! They were there several times and enjoyed the food and service!
Great place, good food, good ambience. More important for vegetarians and vegans is to eat some good Mexican foods. Very recommended if in Irkutsk.
