I was there a few times and I'm glad that she finally managed to make a good vegan meal (the last vegan pumpkin wheels was terrible). I ordered Tofu Karaage and it tasted so good! Smooth and crispy at the same time! Amazing! I also got vegan ramen, it had a rich broth and interesting taste. The roles with tofu and eggplants were a great discovery and the vegan temaki was good.
