I was already there a few times and I am happy that they finally managed to make a good vegan meal (the last vegan pumpkin rays was terrible.) I ordered tofu karaage and it tasted so good! smooth and crispy at the same time! amazing! I also got vegan ramen, it had a rich broth and interesting taste. the rolling with tofu and aubergins were a great discovery and the vegan temaki was good. the staff was very polite and knew the menu well. there is an open kitchen so that they can see how to prepare their food.
